Fitness Exchange: Any item relating to exercise can be listed on this site with a $1 flat listing fee. This can be sent to me via paypal. Fees are not based on the percentage of sale price like many other sites. Please email me with details about the item and perhaps a picture. I will then customize your listing, and it will be posted. Once your item sells, I will provide you with the buyers address and you will provide me with your preferred payment method.
Fitness Chat: I also encourage you to use the free exercise chat to rate equipment and videos and even gyms for other users. We are here to help each other have fun exercising.
Writing Submissions: Also, if anyone would like to submit articles related to health and fitness please feel free to do that also. This includes success stories.
